This mom had great ideas to keep the party wet and cool on a nice hot Miami day... Water guns, water balloons, even some "fishing", another great tip was the "Jello Cake" (her son is allergic to cake so she opted for a fun way to sing him happy birthday and he can actually enjoy it. Check out the fishies in the bowl!

It's nice to finally have days warm enough for a pool party. Those fish are crazy! I have to wonder what they really were.
